ROGER ALLENBAUGH
Managing Director

Roger’s career has centered on mergers and acquisitions advisory services, private equity investment, and capital placement.  He focuses on understanding the needs and objectives of private business owners and helping them prepare their businesses for outside investment or sale.  Previously Roger led the alternative investment practice for Blue Heron Capital, LLC in Washington, DC.

Roger also launched a business strategy consulting practice, providing research and analysis to middle-market investment banks prior to co-founding Blue Heron Capital in 2005.  During that time, he participated in growth capital transactions, advised companies expanding into the US and Middle East, and helped technology companies commercialize solutions.  Prior to that he was an associate at Hamilton Capital Partners, LLC a middle-market investment bank focused on aerospace, defense, and government services companies.

Roger began his career as a U.S. Navy pilot.  He earned an MBA with distinction from Georgetown University.  Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.  Roger is a member of the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA), The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).

BRADLEY LOVE
Managing Director

Bradley C. Love has over twenty-five years of experience in relationship selling, having been successful in manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial markets. Brad is the president of Kang Capital LLC.

For the past five years, he has raised investment and working capital for several emerging and start-up companies, primarily in the energy technology space. Much of Brad’s financial career has focused on business development and capital placement. As a result of spending over ten years as a wealth manager, Brad strives to understand investor objectives and works to identify and present investments that meet the investor’s requirements.

Brad started his career with International Paper as a major account manager and learned the nuances of a manufacturing business. After obtaining his financial licenses with Wheat First Securities and working as a financial advisor, he joined Network Access Solutions, a telecommunications start up which went public in 1999. Brad later returned to the financial markets, joining a wealth management team at Wachovia Securities.

Brad attended the College of William and Mary, where he was a scholarship varsity golfer and earned his B.B.A in Business Management. Brad holds Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA securities licenses.
